HoPe-CaRe Intervention Project Report

In a collaborative effort between our dedicated team and supportive community members, two homeless mentally ill patients were rescued from the streets on August 30, 2023. They have since been admitted to Neuropsychiatric Hospital Aro for inpatient treatment.

The Aro  hospital treatment team has successfully traced some family members of the patients. With family support, they will embark on a community reintegration journey through our Hope Resource program. This initiative ensures a holistic transition for individuals who may lack suitable accommodations and support upon discharge.
